Shipping + Return Policies
CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING
We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders within continental United States for orders over $50. We charge $6.99 shipping for orders under $50. Orders are shipped via Fed Ex or USPS.
It is critical that all packages are inspected upon delivery, and any shipping issues are reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days. Refer below to the for additional information.
Turn Around for Orders
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Expedited Shipping Services
Expedited shipping services such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air may be available. Please email email@example.com to inquire about product availability, turnaround time and shipping rates.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees ($15).
If you would like a package to be intercepted and re-routed to a new address, there is a $15 change fee.
SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US
Orders over $200 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories or Protectorates are eligible for FREE shipping. Orders under $200 are charged $20 for shipping.
SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders over $200 shipping to Mexico and Canada are eligible for FREE shipping. Orders below $200 are charged $20 for shipping.
Turn Around for Orders
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all related duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These fees are determined by the recipient's country and are out of our control. They are based on the retail value of the items purchased (as stated on your invoice).
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). There are no refunds for international orders where a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender.
International orders are shipped from Turkey and shipping could take from 1-3 weeks to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.

We stand by the quality of our products and pack each shipment with care but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or it arrives damaged email email@example.com within 14 days of receipt to obtain in-store credit. Prior authorization is required to an exchange for another item. Include your sales order number in the subject of the email.
Online Purchase Returns
- All items must be in new resalable condition and include all original packaging.
- We will issue a return shipping label which must be used within seven (7) days.
- For returns requested after delivery customers are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Store credit expires in one year.
- Items that are returned without prior authorization are subject to denial of store credit.
- The following purchases are not eligible for return: Items that have been altered, Custom Made products, Clearance or Closeout products, Light Bulbs, Expedited Shipping Fees.
Due to the fragile nature of many of the products that we sell, if damages occur during the shipping process.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Take several photos of the damaged packaging and/or product.
- Please email the details to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photo(s) of the damage. Include the sales order in the subject line of the email.
- Please retain all original packaging and documentation while the situation is under review.
- If an individual part, piece of glass, or other component of a lamp or fixture arrives damaged, that replacement part will be sent to you at no charge.
- If the item is damaged beyond repair, a full replacement order will be issued. Prior authorziation must be obtained in order to receive a full refund.
- Items returned as damaged or defective that are found to be in working condition after inspection will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of return shipping fee.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for your return to be processed from the day you return your package. We will notify you by email once we have processed your return. Returned items are credited in the original form of payment.
